From Eventum
Eventum is a user-friendly and flexible issue tracking system that can be used by a support department to track incoming technical support requests, or by a software development team to quickly organize tasks and bugs.
Eventum is used by the MySQL AB Technical Support (http://dev.mysql.com/support/index.html) team, and has allowed us to dramatically improve our response times. The source code is available through the GPL license.

Account Creation disabled
Due to spam attacks, account creation has been disabled until we can upgrade Mediawiki. If you would like to contribute, please email bryan [at] mysql (.) com and I will create you an account. Please include the username you would like to use. An account is only needed if you want to contribute to the wiki. All other features are available without an account. Sorry for the hassle.
